I am a 5th grade teacher at Henry Puffer. I was a co-creator of PlaydateDG58 (now called SAMRi Camp), presenter at numerous District 58 inservice days, PlaydateDG58, Ipadtacula, CPS iPad Academy, Chicago Education Festival, and ICE Cold mini conferences. I started my teaching career in 2008 as a 2nd grade teacher after practicing law for 15 years. I have been nominated for: Teacher of the Year for the DGEEA, Distinguished Service Award for the Downers Grove Education Foundation, ICE Technology Teacher of the Year, and also a Green Apple Award recipient. I am the past Vice President of my local association (DGEEA), past executive board member and past negotiations chair. I was awarded the Stalwart award from the DGEEA in 2017 and 2019.
