Upon graduating from Illinois State University, I returned to the district I grew up in. I am celebrating 30 years in West Aurora District 129! I began my teaching career as an elementary special education teacher and ended my classroom experience in a first grade classroom. I currently serve as the District 129 Professional Development Coordinator, overseeing our new staff induction program as well as West Aurora University- our in house professional learning system. I am a champion for new educators and love sharing our District 129 professional learning journey with others.
